Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • Policies - The study complies with the scope and policies of the Archives of Health Sciences Journal
  • Structure of the manuscript - The study was developed according to the guidelines of the journal Archives of Health Sciences
  • Submission Archives 1. Cover Letter to the Editor 2. Copyright statement (pdf) signed by all authors of the study 3. Ethics Committee Report (pdf) for original articles and case reports 4. Manuscript with tables and figures (word). Attention: The file must not contain the metadata information.
  • Metadata: In the metadata field, the name of all authors and co-authors must be filled in. The metadata must contain the following information: Full Name, Institution, ORCID and E-mail. Authors' names should be entered in the final order to be published. Attention: after the metadata step it will not be possible to enter names.

I declare that I observed the concept of authorship adopted by the Archives of Health Sciences (AHS) informed in the Instructions to Authors, participated in the study and collaborated sufficiently to assume the responsibility of author.

Definition of authorship: The authorship criteria adopted by AHS are adapted from the CRediT taxonomy and the criteria defined in the ICMJE recommendations.
